Excellence & Honesty
Aqua-Tots Swim Schools inside of Seeb Club Facilities provides swimming lessons for families throughout Oman and beyond. We are conveniently located Opposite of Masjid Awlad Tariq.
Our year-round, indoor pool offers families a clean, safe, and family-friendly teaching environment. Every one of our instructors goes through over 30 hours of intensive classroom and in-water training.
In addition, our Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Water Safety Instructors (AT-WSI) have passed an online exam and have obtained CPR training prior to teaching their first swim lesson.

Level 1 - Tadpoles
PRIMARY FOCUS: ADJUSTMENT
This Parent/Infant class focuses on water adjustment, safety skills, and breath control.
Level 2 - Minnows
PRIMARY FOCUS: BOUNDARIES
This Parent/Toddler class focuses on
the importance of creating boundaries
in and around water.
Level 3 - Leapfrogs
PRIMARY FOCUS: COMFORT
This Beginner class provides a
foundation that helps children achieve
comfort with basic swim skills.
Level 4 - Seahorses
PRIMARY FOCUS: CONTROL
This Advanced Beginner class helps students achieve control of breathing while swimming.
Level 5 - Starfish
PRIMARY FOCUS: INDEPENDENCE
This Intermediate class helps students master breath control and efficient strokes to gain independence in the water.
Level 6 - Seals
PRIMARY FOCUS: TEMPO
This Intermediate class helps students develop efficient coordination in the arms, legs, breathing, and body position at swim tempo.
Level 7 - Sharks
PRIMARY FOCUS: TECHNIQUE
This Advanced class helps students refine underwater technique in breaststroke, freestyle, backstroke, sidestroke, and butterfly.
Level 8 - Stingrays
PRIMARY FOCUS: ENDURANCE
This Advanced class helps students refine and strengthen each swimming stroke and build endurance while swimming.

Our name is recognized around the world, as we have served many communities over the years in our efforts to reduce drownings on a global scale.
Comprehensive Curriculum
Decades of instructional experience have molded our comprehensive swimming curriculum. As an active member of the United States Swim School Association (USSSA), Aqua-Tots regularly participates in educational opportunities to maintain a high teaching standard in the swim industry. With the main focus being safety, our curriculum helps children learn how to swim and develop a lifelong love of swimming.
Quality Swim Instructors
Every one of our instructors goes through over 40 hours of intensive classroom and in-water training. In addition, our Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Water Safety Instructors (AT-WSI) have passed an online exam and have obtained CPR training prior to receiving an AT-WSI Certification and to teaching their first swim lesson. Once certified, our instructors are assessed regularly to assure lesson quality and consistency. We want to ensure that your family receives a quality lesson, every time..
